The Marketing Lead at Mint Health is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across the company’s diverse portfolio, driving our social media & e-commerce channels and supporting corporate marketing initiatives and the management of Mint Health’s brand. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, strong executional skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing and compliance.

This person will spearhead brand planning, messaging development, digital and trade marketing, and launch excellence while leading the performance and optimisation of Mint Health’s e-commerce platforms. They will ensure that marketing plans support commercial objectives, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable growth across all channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the strategic marketing plans for Mint Health’s portfolio, grounded in market insights and commercial objectives.
  • Translate strategy into annual and quarterly brand plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand growth, including line extensions, channel expansion, and portfolio optimisation.
  • Work closely with field-based team members to develop clear, compliant, and compelling product messaging for both healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Prepare internal briefs, brand decks, and message matrices for organisational alignment.
  • Oversee the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, pharmacy trade activities, POS, and HCP-focused materials.
  • Lead pharmacy engagement initiatives, sell-out programmes, and trade incentives to support brand visibility and performance.
  • Ensure all assets and activities comply with local regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the digital strategy for Mint Health brands, including websites, social media, SEO, paid media, and content calendars.
  • Ensure digital materials are compliant, consistent, and aligned with overall brand positioning.
  • Monitor digital metrics and optimise digital performance.
  • Participate in launch planning exercises for new brands, SKUs, or indications, supporting cross-functional readiness to meet the expectations of global brand partners and local stakeholders.
  • Track brand performance, campaign ROI, and KPIs, generating structured reports for management and other internal stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget for assigned brands, to ensure responsible allocation of funds, efficient spend, and data-driven budget optimisation.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales toolkits, launch packs, and quick-reference materials.
  • Ensure continuous internal communication and alignment on brand priorities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with Maltese regulations.
  • Maintain Mint Health’s commitment to ethical, responsible, and evidence-based promotion.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds within marketing agencies, pharma, healthcare, or FMCG.
  • Experience with digital content, campaign management, and trade marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and turn them into action.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
