MINT Health offers various internships which are targeted at undergraduate or graduate students who are interested in gaining valuable experience and exploring different career paths. These internships are aimed to prepare interns to enter the workforce, meet new people, make connections and develop skills. Moreover, they help build a strong resume and eventually help interns choose the right career path for them.

Application Process
We aim to provide a simple, fair, and transparent people-centric experience for all our candidates. Our interviews are designed as two-way conversations.
Once a job is advertised, candidates are shortlisted according to their skills, qualifications and relevant experience.
The first interview is an opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss the job responsibilities, Mint Health’s purpose and culture. We strive to keep candidates aware of timelines and next steps.
At second interview stage, we seek to understand whether you will be the right candidate for the role, prior to the final selection process.
